1 Site Selection and Analysis

During the early phases of the development of a project we can assist in site selection through the quick development of preliminary site layouts. With the assistance of our contractor associates, we can also develop preliminary construction cost estimates to further evaluate the feasibility of a project.

2 Design and Construction Documents

We believe this to be the most critical phase of any project. During this phase we work closely with our engineering and contracting consultants in order to maximize project benefits while minimizing project costs.

3 Construction Administration/Management

We are able, from our own personal experience, and our association with contractors, to provide construction phase services as complete as a project demands. We have extensive contract administration experience on a wide range of projects with construction costs up to $25,000,000.
