HIGH TECH PROJECTS
The following is a list of projects completed while employed by other firms
(and our specific involvement since credit for the projects lies solely with the
listed firms.)
- SLC-3E TECHNICAL SUPPORT BUILDING, VANDENBERG
AFB (Macare-Madjedi): 6,000 SF, one story. Support building for the
Atlas Program..
- APPLIED MATERIAL BUILDING 2A, Santa Clara
(Ehrlich Rominger): 45,000 SF, two stories. Project consisted of Class 10 &
100 cleanrooms used for demonstration and testing of microchip manufacturing
equipment. Assistance during construction administration.

GTE/MOBILNET EMX, Pleasanton (Ehrlich Rominger): 10,000 SF one
story. Prototype switching facility. Responsible for construction
administration.

RAYCHEM BUILDING 4, Mountain View (Ehrlich Rominger): 45,000
SF, two stories. Facility used for research, development and minor
fabrication of power distribution products. Assistance during construction
administration.
- ADVANCED CARDIOVASCULAR SYSTEMS, Santa Clara
(Ehrlich Rominger): 270,000 SF, four stories. Class 10000 clean environment
for catheter fabrication pilot plant. Cleanroom was designed for maximum
flexibility in configuration of fabrication lines. Project included testing
facility, tool fabrication, stores, and associated office space. Responsible
for coordination of construction document production and construction
administration.
- ADVANCED CARDIOVASCULAR SYSTEMS, Temecula
(Ehrlich Rominger): 270,000 SF, four stories. Two stories of Class 10000
clean environments for the manufacturing of cardiovascular catheters.
Project included office space and associated support facilities. Assistance
during generation of construction documents.

SCHOOL DISTRICT, San Luis Obispo
County: CAD
documentation of 13 campuses.
- MONTEREY SCHOOL DISTRICT: CAD
documentation of buildings and site improvements for 23 sites.
- ADDITION TO THE MARIAN THEATRE, Allan
Hancock College (Hall-Hurley-Deutsch): 6,000 SF, one story. Rehearsal space,
dressing room, and lobby addition. Responsible for schematic design.
- CONSUMER EDUCATION CENTER, Allan Hancock
College (Hall-Hurley-Deutsch): 10,000 SF one story. Child care
center and consumer education labs. Responsible for generation of
construction documents.
- SANTA BARBARA COUNTY COURTS, Santa Maria
(Hall-Hurley-Deutsch): 60,000 SF, three stories. Four court office building.
Responsible for schematic design.
RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS
The following is a partial list of projects completed by our company. We have
also listed projects completed while employed by other firms (and our specific
involvement since credit for the projects lies solely with the listed firms.)
- FLYING OSO RANCH, Huasna: 5,200 SF,
two story. Multi-guest suite retreat facility and caretaker's cottage.
- BAKER LAKE RESIDENCE, Oak Shores, Lake
Nacimiento: 2,000 SF, two story.
- MADJEDI RESIDENCE, Arroyo Grande:
3,800 SF, two story. Primary and attached secondary residence on a 1 acre
site. Built by J.A. Morello Construction.
- SUMMIT HILLS RESIDENCE, Orcutt, CA (Macare-Madjedi):
2,400 SF, one stories. Preliminary design of a residence for a family of
four.
- THE OAKS COLLECTION, Vandenberg Village
(Macare-Madjedi): GALAXY - 2,200 SF, two stories, four bedroom. MANZANITA -
2,400 SF, two stories, four bedroom. VEGA - 2,400 SF, two stories, four
bedroom.
- OCEAN OAKS CONDOMINIUMS, Grover City
(Roy Hilary Adcock): 37,400 SF, three stories. 34 unit townhouse development
with three floor plans. Assistance during construction document phase.
- EADE RESIDENCE, San Ardo (James
Michael Brady): 2,400 SF one story. Residence for a family of four.
Responsible for schematic design.
- CASA DE CAMPO RECREATION BUILDING, Santa Maria
(James Michael Brady): 1,450 SF one story. Recreation building for a 60 unit
condominium complex. Responsible for schematic design.
